MAKING A PURCHASE?
When you make a purchase from Interior Angle you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order.
If an item is not in stock it may be ordered.
For special orders or for orders of items not in stock,

Paypal orders will only be sent to the registered address on the Paypal account, as per Paypal regulations.
Payment by credit card can be taken through Paypal on the site.
Your order will be despatched within 2 working days. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail first class/recorded delivery as standard. This service will need to be signed for.
Orders placed by 2pm can be sent out on a next day delivery Mon-Fri only. These will be sent by special delivery on a Royal Mail guaranteed service to arrive by 1pm the next day. This service will incur a special postage and packing charge, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This service will need to be signed for.
We will accept no responsibility for damage after postage.
The Post Office does not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday to every part of the country.
If your delivery is late arriving please contact us and we will check the tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery. We will then give you the tracking number so that you can check with your local sorting office.
Royal Mail will not officially classify a parcel lost until 15 working days elapsed.
If for any reason you wish to have a refund instead this can be authorised back onto your card after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and the Royal Mail acknowledges it as lost.

It is possible to order on-line and request to collect from gallery.

Orders will be available to collect the next day if the item is in stock.
We will do every thing possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not we can exchange the goods or offer a full refund within 7 days of receipt of order, providing the item is in as new condition.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of the purchase and can return the item for a full refund.
Goods can not be exchanged or refunded if the item is damaged, except in the case of faulty goods.
Please inform us that you intend to return the goods for exchange or refund.
Please email us at email@example.com telling us your item number and order number. We will email you a returns number and instructions of how to go about this.
If an item has been collected from the gallery it must be returned there for refund or exchange.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items as faulty, Interior Angle will arrange for an exchange. Interior Angle's decision is final.
EXTENDED PERIOD AT CHRISTMAS
Any purchase intended as a gift at Christmas can be exchanged/credited up to the 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.
Your name,email,address,phone number when you place an order and checkout is handled responsibly.The information we collect shall only be used for the purposes of processing and notification of Interior Angle's up and coming news and events.
At no time shall we divulge any of your details to a third party.
