Turner Barnes gallery, Chelmsford, Essex are now showing work by Nina Pringle, a successful artist who lives and works on the western coast of Sweden, in Gothenburg.
Nina Pringle’s paintings are created without any preconceived ideas. There is no plan in her painting, but there is always a process. Nina Pringle lets a colour, a line, a shape dictate what is needed to create balance and harmony.
An importance to Nina Pringle is the right balance between the paint and the contrast of the white canvas. Rather than creating a recognizable object, Nina Pringle uses the element of the painting to allow a story to unfold.
Nina Pringle paints in an abstract style; however she also has a background in interior design and is a qualified teacher.
Turner Barnes gallery, Chelmsford, Essex will be exhibiting a collection of work by artist Nina Pringle at the Singapore Affordable Art Fair in November 2011.
